Your Burro is now better at keeping your operation running smoothly. When your Burro gets stuck or can’t move, it quickly recognizes the situation and reacts intelligently—minimizing unnecessary stops and helping you stay on schedule.

AI Model Improvements — Your Burro Learns from Your Site

Burro now automatically recognizes and logs objects it’s unsure about—especially those unique to your location. This means your Burro will get smarter and more efficient over time, adapting to the specific needs and challenges of your site to deliver even better performance.

New Task Sounds & Components

We’ve introduced new audible alerts and on-screen components to make task starts safer and clearer. These changes ensure everyone nearby knows when equipment—like the Burro Cortador—is about to start, and give operators better visibility into what’s happening.

Updates:

• Loading: The Burro now plays a loading sound and displays a loading state in the task list when preparing to start a task.

• Task Warning: Before starting any task—such as routing, mowing, or traveling to a destination—the Burro plays a warning sound to alert everyone nearby that it’s about to take action.

• Task Countdown: For higher-caution tasks (e.g., mowing), the Burro plays a 3-second countdown sound before starting. This is paired with a countdown timer in the task list that visually tracks the start.

• Task Complete: When a task finishes, the Burro plays a completion sound that matches the style of the other alerts, clearly signaling it’s done.

Adjustable Lane Width for Obstacle Avoidance

You can now fine-tune how your Burro navigates tight spaces by adjusting the “Lane Width” for obstacle avoidance right from the user interface. This gives you more control over how your Burro moves in your unique environment. This feature is currently in Beta—contact customer support if you’d like early access and to share your feedback. 🔧 Fixes & Improvements

Faster Recovery from High CPU Usage

Your Burro now recovers more quickly and reliably from high CPU usage, ensuring steady performance even as we add new features. If CPU usage gets too high, your Burro will now stop safely, reducing risk and protecting your operation.

More Reliable Time Sync

We’ve improved Burro’s internal clock synchronization, so your logs and event records are always accurate—making troubleshooting and record-keeping easier.

Better Motor Control

Burro’s motors now respond more precisely, resulting in smoother, more reliable movement—especially on rough or unpaved terrain. With these improvements, 48V motor Grandes can handle tight turns with greater confidence.

Improved User Interface Stability

We’ve resolved issues that could cause the user interface to go blank or show incorrect icons. You’ll now experience a more responsive and accurate UI, so you can manage your Burros with confidence.
