Streamlined mission building and automation with broad improvements to safety, navigation, and UI.

✨ New Features

Mission Builder (Beta)

Meet the new Mission Builder (Beta): a faster, smarter way to assemble missions from destinations, routes, and mowing tasks. Saved filters and global search make planning a breeze—send a Burro from HQ to execute complex tasks across your site.

Introducing Auto Transitions

Make missions flow: turn on Auto Transition to auto-advance between tasks. When enabled, all task transitions default to Auto (new and existing), eliminating extra taps across your mission. Change the global setting anytime to instantly update every task.

⭐️ Improvements

BOSS Pro Settings

For BOSS Pro (Nursery UI) users, we’ve streamlined Settings to show only what’s relevant to nursery workflows—now including newer features like Repeat Missions and Auto Task Transitions.

Improved Localization in Edge Cases

Your Burro is better at keeping its “sense of direction.” It now catches and corrects rare moments when its heading could flip, so routes stay accurate and consistent.

Smarter Obstacle Handling

Burro now anticipates moving obstacles and picks smoother, safer detours—reducing sharp turns and keeping missions efficient.

Mower Model Upgrade

Mowing just got sharper. The mower’s vision has been retrained to recognize what’s in the row more reliably, improving detection and in-row performance.

Enhanced Obstacle Recognition

We’ve also refined how the camera interprets puddles, so shadows no longer trigger false alerts. The result is steadier navigation and fewer unplanned pauses.

🛠️ Fixes You’ll Notice

  • Serial API connections now stay reliable.

  • Route renames immediately update in the UI.

  • Scheduling changes are correctly recognized—no more missed adjustments.

  • Improved obstacle clearing in Grande (buffer expanded to 1.5m).

  • Prevented premature undocking before a battery is fully charged.

  • Fixed edge cases with transition settings, task flows, and relocalization status reports.

  • Vision-based obstacle detection now behaves correctly in more scenarios (including undocking).

  • Better handling to prevent unwanted reverse motion when mowing.

🔧 Small Things That Add Up

  • Smoother sign-in and connections with tighter security checks behind the scenes.

  • Faster, lighter person detection so the system feels snappier during missions.

  • Cleaner UI: removed occasional “ghost” buttons and visual leftovers.

  • More reliable obstacle cameras with corrected device identification.

  • Steadier positioning thanks to extra distance checks that reduce rare localization hiccups.

  • Fewer start-stop jitters in front of the robot from refined moving-obstacle logic.

  • Less noise in the status bar: low-priority safety logs no longer crowd important alerts.

  • No more early undocking before the battery is fully charged.
