What's new with Burro 6.45?

6.45 brings Grande 44 into the fleet. It's the first release that runs on our new heavy-duty Grande, with the same BOSS Pro, BOSS Web, and workflows your crew already knows. Burros now boot straight into BOSS Pro, and nearby Burros, cars, and trucks cause fewer false stops. Row centering is steadier in curved rows. In BOSS Web, you can pick the exact feature you want even where several overlap, and turning torch points into exclusions takes a couple of clicks.

Grande 44 Support

6.45 is the first release to run on Grande 44. It runs the same BOSS Pro and BOSS Web workflows your crew already knows, with motor cooling and fan control built for the Grande 44 drivetrain.

Kiosk Mode

Burros boot straight into BOSS Pro, with no desktop screen and no update pop-ups. Utilities like screen calibration now live under Advanced when you exit BOSS Pro. Applying a mode or profile change now restarts the Burro.

Mapping in BOSS Web 🗺️

• Right-click the map to list every nearby feature and pick the right one

• Turn torch points into circle or polygon exclusions from the right-click menu

• Paths draw as thin lines by default, and individual visibility filters are back

• New Satellite 3 imagery layer for sites where other options fall short

• Large file uploads simplify instead of failing

Fewer Stops 🚧

• Better detection of nearby Burros means fewer false stops on multi-robot sites

• Fewer slowdowns around cars and trucks

• Min. Obstacle Height slider now adjusts in 0.05 m (~2 in) steps

• Steadier LiDAR row centering in curved rows
