Learn how to report issues with Burro
Reporting Issues via the Main Menu
To report an issue with Burro Grande, navigate to the main menu and touch the icon circled in red in the image below. Prompt reporting of issues is essential as it helps our engineering teams gather critical information, including:
- Burro unit number
- Timestamp of when the incident occurred
- GPS coordinates of the incident location
When reporting an issue, it is not necessary for the description you select to match your issue exactly. Simply choose the most appropriate option, and the BURRO team will be able to understand and diagnose the problem.
Immediate Assistance
For serious issues, select “Yes” when prompted if you require immediate assistance. A member of the Burro team will reach out to you for follow-up.
Non-Urgent Reporting
If you wish to report an issue that is not currently hindering your work, select “No, just report.” This will allow you to document the issue without requiring immediate attention.
