Emergency Stop
In case of an emergency, the Cortador and the mower blades can be instantly stopped by the following means:
E-stops must always be accompanied by physically disconnecting power to the deck before performing any inspection or maintenance work on the mower deck.
Emergency Stop Methods
Pressing the Red Stop Button
Located on the front and rear sides of the machine, this button will immediately stop the mower blades.
Pressing the Bumper Bar
Also located on both sides of the machine, pressing the bumper bar serves the same purpose as the red stop button.
Both methods trigger a software stop command to the deck and should only be used in emergencies. This will allow you time to safely disconnect power lines to the mower deck.
