The docking station is compatible with both 120V and 220V outlets in the U.S. For the best performance, please select your desired outlet option when purchasing the docking station.

To achieve the fastest charging speeds and maximize the value of your dock, we highly recommend using a 220V outlet.

Outlet Types

120V Wall Outlet - NEMA 5-15R Outlet

  • The docking station supports standard U.S. wall outlets at 120V.
  • During charging, the docking station draws approximately 10-12 A. To prevent overloading your circuit, only connect one dock/robot to a standard 15A outlet.
  • If you are using extension cords, ensure they meet the following specifications:
    • Wire Gauge: 10AWG or lower
    • Max Wattage: 1800W or above
    • Rated Voltage: 125VAC

220V Wall Outlet - NEMA 6-50R Outlet

  • For faster charging, we recommend using the 220V plug variant at no additional cost.
  • Connecting to a 220V outlet will allow you to charge your robots 50% faster.
  • If you choose to use extension cords, please ensure they comply with the following requirements:
    • Wire Gauge: 10AWG or lower
    • Max Wattage: 1800W or above
    • Rated Voltage: 220V and 20A

For optimal performance, please ensure all electrical connections adhere to local safety regulations. Always consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about the right setup for your docking station.
