Depending on the size of your order, your Burros will arrive either crated or by truckload.

When receiving multiple unit orders, Each shipment contains Burros stacked in pairs, so proper handling is important. Each Standard BURRO is accompanied by the following loose items and tools required for setup:


  • Flathead screwdriver

  • Snips, scissors, or box cutter

  • Philips screwdriver or 13mm socket head

  • A second person to assist

Unpacking Standard Burro

Remove Straps

Untie all straps securing the Burro units to the pallet.

Lift and place

With the assistance of another person, carefully lift the Burro and place it on the ground.

Installing Batteries

Connect Anderson Connectors

Bolt the Anderson connectors to the battery terminals, ensuring that the positive and negative connections are secure.

Insert Batteries

Place the batteries into the designated slots at the front and rear of the Burro.

Secure Bracket

Tighten the Burro logo bracket securely over the batteries.


Once the batteries are installed, your Standard Burro is ready to be powered on and put to work!
